4. Service Agreements

4.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Next Home Rebuild are non-binding approximations based on information available at the time. Final pricing will be determined upon detailed assessment and confirmed in a written contract. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Contracts

All renovation projects are governed by a separate written contract between Next Home Rebuild and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the service contract, the service contract shall prevail with respect to that specific project.

4.3 Project Changes

Any changes to the scope of work after contract signing may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All change orders must be approved in writing by both parties before work proceeds.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts
  • A deposit is typically required before work commences
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Texas law
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, bank transfers, and approved financing options
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Next Home Rebuild provides warranties on workmanship as specified in individual service contracts. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by third parties is not covered under our warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Home Rebuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar code transmitted through the Site
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content posted on the Site

If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

12. Force Majeure

Next Home Rebuild shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or material shortages.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of that provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
